Shipping Policy

1. Shipping area (FREE SHIPPING)

We currently only ship to locations within the United States with free shipping (Except Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico).

We ship scooters by FedEx or UPS. And we do NOT ship to PO BOXES or APO.

2. Where do we ship from?

European orders will be shipped from European warehouse.

US orders will be shipped from US warehouse.

Orders from other countries will be shipped from our factory in China.

3. Delivery Time

In-stock orders typically ship within 1-2 business days, unless otherwise noted on the product page.  (In the rare occurrence that we cannot ship your order within 5 days.)

For in-stock orders, we’ll provide the tracking number within 2 business days. A shipping confirmation email will be sent to your email once the order has shipped. The carrier is UPS/FedEx. It may take 3-10 business days. For any third-party shipping, we cannot provide any additional shipping information or documentation. Any delivery dates provided by innuoco.co are estimates.

  • Handling time 1-2 Business Days ( Sunday - Thursday )
  • Transit time 5-8 Business Days ( Sunday - Thursday )
  • 99% of all orders ship same day if placed by 12 pm
  • Order Cut off Time 12.00 AM (Pacific standard time)

3. Shipping Charges

  • a. NO CHARGE for changing the address BEFORE we provide you the tracking number.
  • b. $20 WILL BE CHARGED when the in-transit shipping information shows that the change is successful on FedEx.
  • c. If you fail to cancel the item which is in transit, please reject the package and 10% of the scooter value will be charged as a cancellation fee.
  • d. If you apply to change your address after the order is shipped, we’ll apply to FedEx/UPS, but we can not guarantee that the information will be changed 100% successfully.

4. Order Cancellation

If your order is in transit and cannot be modified, you may reject the package and 10% of the scooter value will be charged as a cancellation fee.

5. My package is delayed, what can I do?

Once the package is delayed, please kindly contact support@innuovo.co for more detailed information.

6. Order Tracking

You can track your order and shipping & handling information on your account if you have registered one on innuovo.co. For more shipping information, send an email. We will get back to you within 24 hours.
