1. How long is shipping?

Shipping takes approximately 5-8 business days. After a 1-2 business days processing period.  

2. Where do you guys ship from?

INNUOVO ships from US warehouse. 

3. Are these products FDA and CE approved?

Our products are FDA and CE approved, however this is not a catalog wide case. So if you have questions on if the product you purchased is FDA and CE approved, just message the support team.  

4. How does the warranty work?

If a part of the product breaks. We offer a standard one year warranty (depending on the product) of which you can have that part replaced at no cost to you. The steps to get the warranty are as follows:

a. Message the support team with your request.

b. Send them your tracking code, and order number as proof of shipment. As well as a photo of the damaged part.

c. Wait 1-2 days for approval.

d. Confirmation is sent, and your part will arrive in the coming days.  

5. How do refunds work?

We offer a 14 day refund where you would ship the product back to a address specified from the support team. The steps to getting a refund are the same as the steps for getting a warranty, expect you will be required to send a picture of the whole product. As well it must be in usable condition.

We currently only ship to locations within the United States with free shipping (Except Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico).

We ship scooters by FedEx or UPS. And we do NOT ship to PO BOXES or APO.

2. Where do we ship from?

European orders will be shipped from European warehouse.

US orders will be shipped from US warehouse.

Orders from other countries will be shipped from our factory in China.

3. Delivery Time

In-stock orders typically ship within 1-2 business days, unless otherwise noted on the product page.  (In the rare occurrence that we cannot ship your order within 5 days.)

For in-stock orders, we’ll provide the tracking number within 2 business days. A shipping confirmation email will be sent to your email once the order has shipped. The carrier is UPS/FedEx. It may take 3-10 business days. For any third-party shipping, we cannot provide any additional shipping information or documentation. Any delivery dates provided by innuoco.co are estimates.

  • 99% of all orders ship same day if placed by 12 pm

3. Shipping Charges

  • a. NO CHARGE for changing the address BEFORE we provide you the tracking number.
  • b. $20 WILL BE CHARGED when the in-transit shipping information shows that the change is successful on FedEx.
  • c. If you fail to cancel the item which is in transit, please reject the package and 10% of the scooter value will be charged as a cancellation fee.
  • d. If you apply to change your address after the order is shipped, we’ll apply to FedEx/UPS, but we can not guarantee that the information will be changed 100% successfully.

4. Order Cancellation

If your order is in transit and cannot be modified, you may reject the package and 10% of the scooter value will be charged as a cancellation fee.

5. My package is delayed, what can I do?

Once the package is delayed, please kindly contact support@innuovo.co for more detailed information.

6. Order Tracking

You can track your order and shipping & handling information on your account if you have registered one on innuovo.co. For more shipping information, send an email. We will get back to you within 24 hours. 

For most of our products, we state that we have a warranty for them, as to ensure that if something were to happen, parts and products can be replaced free of charge.

Conditions:

The product/part must be broken beyond use, or personal carriers repair.

Scratches, dents, small cracks, paint smudges, electrical delays, and other such things, do not qualify for  a warranty.

Breaks, electrical failures, cut wires, large cracks/rips, and the product being totally broken, do qualify for the warranty. 

Steps:

1. Send a photo of the broken product/part, and state specifically which part of the product is broken. Ex, wheelchair back rest, left wheelchair armrest. If the item is electrical, you must send a video of the electrical item not functioning at all. You must also provide proof that you purchased with us. This can be a receipt, or your 4 digit order number with your name and date of purchase.  

2. We will review the information sent to us, and make any extra requests, based on what we already received, and judge weather you approve for a replacement.

3. If you are approved, you will receive a tracking code a few days after being notified that you were approved.
